2. Provision of Digital Services

Team Web India provides custom web design, full-stack application development, API integrations, and generative AI solutions. We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily suspend aspects of our infrastructure for routine updates or security maintenance without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our development and consulting services agree to:

• Provide accurate, necessary assets, project specifications, and credential access required to fulfill project milestones.
• Ensure all content provided to Team Web India for web deployment does not violate third-party copyrights or local laws.
• Maintain the confidentiality of administrative credentials and API keys issued for hosted systems.

4. Payment & Project Milestones

All service engagements operate under milestone-based or contract-specified payment terms. Failure to clear invoices according to agreed timelines may result in a temporary pause in development or suspension of staging deployments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Team Web India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtimes, unapproved client-side code modifications, or misuse of deployed AI automation workflows.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
